qualified as German Patent and Trademark Attorneys, European Patent
Attorneys and European Trademark and Design Attorneys. They have at
least a master’s degree in the respective science or technology
and additional specialized studies in law in all fields related to
intellectual property, including civil, procedure, administrative,
business and corporate laws. Specialists are available for all technical
fields. We are all experts in patent prosecution. We are engaged in
patent litigations before the German IP District Courts and Higher
Regional Courts as well as nullification actions before the Federal
Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court. |
