Patent Attorneys

Our Patent Attorneys are qualified as German Patent and Trademark Attorneys, European Patent Attorneys and European Trademark and Design Attorneys, authorized as representatives before the EPO and the EUIPO. They hold at least a Master’s degree in their specific field of science or technology and have completed additional specialized law studies in all fields related to intellectual property, including civil, procedural, administrative, business and corporate law. Our firm's specialists cover all technical fields and are all experts in patent prosecution as well. In patent litigation, they appear before the German IP Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts and, in nullity proceedings, they appear before the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court. All of them are also very experienced in dealing with law on employees' inventions, license law and with assessments of "freedom to operate".

Our Attorneys-at-Law are admitted to the Bar in Germany, specialize in complex legal aspects of the intellectual property right and have the practical experience and skills necessary for efficient advisory and litigation work. Their experience in court procedures and contract negotiations constitutes a major asset of our strategic counselling services.
